| Personal & Spiritual counseling School of thought... I believe that everything thing we need has a power and an infinite wisdom within us to make our lives what we want them to be. I know that everywhere you go there you are, make friends with yourself. My Philosophy regarding personal/spiritual coaching is that of a partnership, an alignment, a journey that enables the client to connect with their own wisdom, to find their own path, answers, and a way to be present to what they want in this life time. Personal growth is spiritual and all spiritual growth is personal-and it's all a part of what we are experiencing in this lifetime. A fresh attitude starts to happen when we begin to live presently for ourselves. When we can see that yesterday was yesterday and it is gone, and today is today and the now is brand new. It is like that for us every moment for that is changing too. Life is a serious of moments and if we can bury the past, live in the moments and let the future unfold with our new wisdom and way of being, then we can relax, breath and take in the now with a sense of letting go. Being free and facing what is. If we develop a passion for being present to our lives, then we open up to go beyond the ordinary. After all, we have a priceless treasure within us. Nothing can hold you back but you, not your friends, your jobs, your neighbors, your race, religion, nothing! That priceless treasure within you will give you the courage to move past all those things to keep pursuing excellence in YOUR life. Pema Chodron says it best, 'Start where you are.' I have been empowering people for as long as I can remember, times when I wasn't even aware of my gift. The' Buddha' says, "When the student is ready the master will appear". When we show up for ourselves we grow. Empower yourself with love and compassion. Save a life, your own. Ask yourself; who am I? What do I want to do with my moments?
